Full Job Description

LEAMS Education Services is urgently seeking dedicated School Bus Nannies/Cleaners to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of students during their commute, as well as maintaining cleanliness standards on and around the bus.

Table of Contents

Main Responsibilities

Student Safety and Support

Welcome students when they board the bus.
Help students find their seats.
Make sure students get on and off the bus safely.
Assist students with their bags and lunchboxes.
Help students buckle their seatbelts and check they are secure.
Keep a daily record of student attendance.
Provide extra care for students with special needs.
Understand each student’s medical or emotional needs and support them.

Behavior and Communication

Watch student behavior during the trip.
Update teachers and parents about any behavior concerns.

Bus Route Knowledge

Learn all bus routes to help the driver when needed.

Cleaning Duties

Clean the bus and nearby areas when required.
Tasks may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot-cleaning.

Health and Safety

Follow all school health and safety rules to protect students.

Job Requirements

Female candidates only
Good English communication skills
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet students as they board the bus and assist them in finding their assigned seats.
Ensure safe boarding and disembarking procedures for all students.
Assist students with their bags and lunchboxes, placing them in designated storage areas.
Help students fasten their seatbelts and ensure they remain properly secured throughout the journey.
Take and maintain accurate student attendance for each trip.
Provide additional care and support to students with special needs, ensuring their comfort, happiness, and safety.
Learn and adapt to each student’s unique medical, physical, communicative, and emotional requirements.
Manage student behavior on the bus and communicate any concerns daily with teachers and parents.
Become familiar with all routes to and from the school campus to assist the driver when needed.
Perform cleaning duties as required, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning in designated areas.
Uphold all health and safety protocols to ensure students’ overall well-being during transportation.
