During the AEP/OEP season, our Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agents assist our clients with their Medicare or Marketplace health insurance policies. Although a resident state license is necessary, Results CX will help you acquire any other licenses needed for your new role. Only qualifying live leads are transmitted; there is no leads list!
Our Agents explain the features and advantages of the available medical plans and work to bring new members on as well as support current members with cost/plan analysis to identify the best products for them during their yearly review. This is a sales position but unlike other sales positions, we have paid training, and we are not commission based!

“I spoke with a member over the phone who had just received a serious medical diagnosis. The member, who lives alone and has no family nearby, was taken aback by the number of new medical professionals, medical jargon, medications, and therapies. The member was worried that she wouldn’t be able to pay for future bills and was afraid of what lay ahead. I gave the member my word that she would be in excellent hands that day and that we would take our time to figure out a way to get the necessary treatments at costs she could pay. There were moments during the call when we both laughed and even shed a tear or two.
What should I bring to the interview?
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- License: Resident Health Insurance License in Hand with CE completed (Both Life and Health License required for some clients)
- Sales Skills: We are looking for people who are ready to sell and close the deal – charismatic and persuasive individuals who excel at building relationships and connecting with others.
- Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
- Availability: Open availability between 7am-12am EST 7 days a week during season
- Pay Expectation: Our seasonal pay rates move to $21/hr on the first day of the selling season and return to base rates after the selling season.
