Worker in Construction

We are seeking committed Construction Laborers to join our team at Ryan’s Renovations. You will be in charge of loading and unloading heavy materials on a regular basis, operating and maintaining a variety of machines, and obeying instructions from managers and other knowledgeable craftspeople. You must be dependable, physically healthy, and a diligent worker to succeed in this position.

Starting Wage: $15-$20/hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
• Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary
• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
• Load or unload construction materials
• Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding
• Remove, fill, or compact earth
• Follow instructions from supervisors
• Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary
• Perform site clean-up

Warehouse Worker

• What You Do: Load/unload trucks, pack and ship orders, operate forklifts.

• Skills Needed: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, follow instructions, sometimes forklift certification.

• Growth: Lead or supervisor roles, logistics coordinator.

• Pay: $18–$22/hour (with overtime common)

Landscaper / Groundskeeper

• What You Do: Mow lawns, trim trees, plant flowers, maintain outdoor spaces.

• Skills Needed: Use of lawn tools, eye for detail, comfort working outside.

• Growth: Crew leader, irrigation technician, or start your own landscaping business.

• Pay: $18–$22/hour

Maintenance Worker / Handyman

• What You Do: Fix plumbing, paint, repair drywall, change lights, and do general building repairs.

• Skills Needed: Basic repair skills, tool knowledge, troubleshooting.

• Growth: Licensed contractor, property maintenance manager.

• Pay: $20–$26/hour

Janitor / Commercial Cleaner

• What You Do: Clean offices, schools, hospitals, or warehouses.

• Skills Needed: Use of cleaning tools, ability to work independently or overnight.

• Growth: Supervisor or facilities manager.

• Pay: $17–$21/hour

Masonry or Concrete Laborer

• What You Do: Pour and finish concrete, build walls, lay bricks or blocks.

• Skills Needed: Basic math, level measurement, physical stamina.

• Growth: Skilled mason, site supervisor.

• Pay: $20–$28/hour

Manufacturing / Assembly Line Worker

• What You Do: Operate machines, assemble products, inspect items for quality.

• Skills Needed: Attention to detail, safety focus, machine training.

• Growth: Machine operator, line supervisor, quality control.

• Pay: $19–$23/hour

Delivery Helper / Movers

• What You Do: Help load and unload furniture, appliances, or packages.

• Skills Needed: Physical strength, customer service, time management.

• Growth: Driver, logistics support, warehouse lead.

• Pay: $18–$22/hour (plus tips in some cases)

Demolition Laborer

• What You Do: Tear down buildings, walls, or interiors safely.

• Skills Needed: Use of jackhammers, saws, and PPE (safety gear).

• Growth: Heavy equipment operator, site foreman.

• Pay: $20–$27/hour

Industrial Cleaner / Sanitation Worker

• What You Do: Clean machinery, warehouses, or hazardous areas.
