We are seeking a Multi-Discipline Client Relations Coordinator for our Burlington, Ontario clinic located on Harvester Road. This permanent, full-time position would be a great career progression for someone with excellent management/customer service skills who wants to join our growing team.
what you do:
- It functions as an important point of contact information of our clinic patients who are responsible for the client/front desk (telephone answers, reservations scheduling, greetings to clients).
Management tasks (payment processing, maintaining client files, ordering supply, receiving incoming emails and packages). - The goal is to educate patients, increase sales, and promote loyalty to services and products for questions for hearing equipment, direct buildings, trial periods, and basic product questions.
- Hearcanada’s branding and marketing initiative (participating in community -based events, getting off for marketing collateral, networking with other healthcare providers).
- Support clinical team members and support disinfection and equipment according to instructions.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of 3 years or more of customer service or management ability.
- Retail environments and sales experience are strongly preferred.
- Energy and autonomous people who are happy with commercial development and community partnership /marketing.
- Excellent communication skills that establish and establish a relationship with colleagues, colleagues, and community partners.
- Planning software and MS office abilities.
- Effective driver’s license and access to vehicles are highly recommended to access vehicles because they include travel related to local jobs (the mileage receives rewards).
