Customer Service Specialist
FIRST ACCOUNTABILITY
- order management from order entry to delivery invoice, guaranteeing adherence to the conditions of the trade agreement.
- Serve as the primary contact for retail establishments and wholesale customers with relation to order status, product availability, and other business-related questions.
- In order to optimize order conversion, work closely with the sales team to track order intake, track performance against goals, and proactively follow up with customers and stores.
- Ensure timely updates of the order portfolio, credit status, commercial terms, and other important information by maintaining correct customer and store master data.
- Provide information and analysis pertaining to sales to aid in business decision-making.
- Communicate with internal departments, such as finance and merchandising, to guarantee efficient order processing and satisfied customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in wholesale/retail customer service or sales operations;
- Strong ability to manage B2B relationships and work cross-functionally;
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets;
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English;
- Knowledge of Stealth 3000 and previous experience in fashion/luxury are a plus;
- Availability for a fixed-term contract is required.

PRODUCT MANAGER
The product Manager’s responsibility is to manage the present product portfolio and the development of new products to promote growth and boost profitability. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and commercialization of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- The person will be responsible for managing the introduction of new products from the idea to the product launch, developing a clear vision aligned with the company’s objectives;
- Define product requirements based on market insight and customer demand;
- Interfaces daily with the Sales and Technical department;
- Plan and execute the launch and commercialisation of products. Prepare the key strategic marketing messages for marketing materials, and the technical product detail for Technical Data Sheets;
- Support commercial teams to key customer meetings. Create and deliver product presentations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Available for travel in Italy and other countries
- Previous experience in the role is preferred
- University degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline
- Previous experience in B2B Product Management or Technical Marketing role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
